Paintings by Anthony Dubovsky were exhibited at the CUE
Art Foundation in New York,
December 2005 through January 2006. The show featured a
decade's work, including paintings on panel,
smaller works in oil on
cardboard, and selections from a recent suite based on a reading of the
Taoist
master Chuang Tzu. All exhibitions
at CUE are by nomination. This show was curated by Christopher Brown.
“I loved Anthony Dubovsky’s
paintings at the Cue Art Foundation. I admire the scale,
the brushwork, the palette, the subjects. In another era, he would
be seen as a master.”

the End of Art: Contemporary Art and the Pale of History
